UK Customers: Orders placed from the 4th of February 2026 must be returned within 14 days for a refund/exchange from the date of delivery, or 30 days for store credit.

International Customers: Orders must be returned within 30 days for a refund/exchange, or 45 days for store credit.

Condition: Items must be in original condition—unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, and with all original tags/ribbons attached. Hygiene stickers must remain intact.

Non-Returnable: Includes nipple covers, briefs, thongs, socks, masks, hair accessories, and fitness equipment.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, sale items, or specific collections such as OP Runway.

• Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order.
• We are not liable for delayed deliveries or missing items caused by third-party couriers.
• Premium Delivery (UK) offers unlimited priority delivery for a one-off annual fee.
• For EU deliveries, an enhanced service ensures customers do not need to pay additional duties or taxes.

Estimated dispatch dates are subject to change. Shipments may experience delays en route to our distribution hub, or minor product adjustments may be made to ensure quality.

Orders are an offer to conclude a sales contract, which is finalized only upon our dispatch confirmation email. You must be 18 years or over to enter into a contract. Please check your order carefully as we may not be able to amend details once the order is submitted.

We accept major credit/debit cards and third-party payment gateways. All payments use encryption; we do not store credit card details. Prices include taxes in select jurisdictions only. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to end the contract and refund the payment.

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is invalidated by third-party repairs. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid under the confirmed order. We are not responsible for business losses or damages caused by user negligence.
